Cancel order, Return & Refund Policy

At Mathai's Bakery, we're passionate about crafting delectable treats using the finest ingredients. Our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a delightful experience, from the first bite to the last crumb.

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns on any items.

We encourage you to carefully consider your selections at the time of purchase. Our friendly staff is always happy to answer any questions you may have about our products to help you make the perfect choice.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.  We kindly request that you provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of approval.

Cancellations

For orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time, a full refund will be issued.  For cancellations made after this timeframe, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Special Orders

Special orders, including custom cakes, large orders, or personalized items, may be subject to different cancellation and refund policies. Please inquire with our team at the time of placing your special order for details.
