2.1 Delivery Area: We currently deliver to the following areas: Sulthan Bathery Town and around.
2.2 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to change depending on factors such as order volume and delivery location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
2.3 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order value. These charges will be displayed at checkout or will informed by our customer care executive.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
3.2 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in case of damaged or incorrect items.
